Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at beq@kestaneq.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at beq@kestaneq.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
